Baby Tired Signs
You’d think that when your baby was getting ready for sleep, they’d show you a big yawn, and you’d know it was time to begin winding down and getting them ready for sleep.
It’s not always like that.
Some children will show a tired sign when they’ve become overtired, making it challenging to help them sleep. Others will give a micro-yawn that you’re likely to miss, and then they get overtired and overstimulated as you thought they were doing okay.
Let me share some tired signs with you. You can look out for these and adjust those naps accordingly.
