We want to get you and your child ready for sleep training; We make tweaks to your daily routine, nap, and night routines. We begin reducing rocking or feeding to sleep if you are doing so. We want to ensure your child’s bedroom is sleep-inducing and will help them sleep. At this stage, we want to ensure your child is comfortable with their bed and bedroom so they can comfortably sleep there.

Next, we get started sleep training for naptime. Though you can’t spend all day trying to help your child sleep for their nap, we’ll plan together for stopping and what the remainder of your day will look like. 

We’ll gradually reduce night feeds, never leaving your child hungry through the night.

    If your child is younger than one year old, check out The Baby Sleep Course.

    If they are older than 2 ½ years old, check out The Preschooler Sleep Course.

  • You will never be asked to leave your child to cry themselves to sleep. You can pick up your child whenever you want to, and you can soothe them however you want to. I don’t want you ever to feel uncomfortable.

  • No, not at all. I have made the course easy for you to manage. The lessons are short, and you can watch a video or two during nap time. Work through the course at your own pace.

  • I’ve tried to answer as many questions as possible in the course, but if you have any questions, you can join one of the weekly Q & A’s. You can submit your question at any point and watch the recording if you cannot join live.
