You may be eligible to use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Savings Account (FSA) toward The Baby or Toddler Sleep Courses
Can you pay for The Baby or Toddler Sleep Course with HSA/FSA?
I’m excited to share a way for you to save on The Baby and Toddler Sleep Courses. Through my partnership with Truemed, you may be eligible to use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Savings Account (FSA) toward the courses.
How can I use my HSA/FSA?
Sleep training is not covered by default with HSA/FSA accounts. However, the IRS has a rule that allows Medical Practitioners to write a Letter of Medical Necessity, making health and wellness purchases eligible for HSA/FSA funds.
Usually, you would need to see your child’s doctor and ask for this letter. This is a lengthy and costly process. I have teamed up with Truemed to streamline this process and make it as easy as possible for you to receive a Letter of Medical Necessity from a licensed practitioner. Submit your LMN and the receipt for The Baby or Toddler Sleep course from Rebecca Michi to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement. Truemed will send you instructions on how to do this.
Can I use my HSA/FSA card at checkout?
Truemed does not recommend attempting to checkout with your HSA/FSA cards for compliance purposes. They strongly encourage simply transacting with your normal credit or debit card, and submitting for reimbursement as outlined above for the greatest likelihood of success.
What is the step-by-step process for submitting to HSA/FSA administrators for reimbursement?

How long does HAS/FSA reimbursement take?
For most FSA/HSA administrators, your expenses will be approved within days of submitting your claim for reimbursement, along with your receipt and a Letter of Medical Necessity. The exact timing will vary depending on your administrator.
