If the thought of sleep training is too overwhelming,

let me come to your home and help.

Sometimes you need someone to come and help you as you work on your family’s sleep.+

I’ll work with your family and carers to craft the perfect sleep plan for your child. Creating the perfect daily routines, sleep-inducing nap and night routines, building a solid foundation for sleep, and I am with you for five nights, helping your child learn the skills they need to get themselves to sleep and back to sleep.

I understand how putting your trust in someone you just met on the internet can be nerve-wracking, especially regarding your family’s sleep. Want to learn a little more about me?

Done for you package is Perfect if…

You’re ready to help your child learn to fall asleep and back asleep independently.

You know you don’t want to leave your child to cry it out and cry themselves to sleep.

You’re overwhelmed by the thought of sleep training.

You’re ready to feel better rested.

You’d like a children’s sleep consultant to come to your home and take care of things.

How I like to work with families is a little different, I understand every family is unique, which means their sleep issues are also unique.

The solution to these issues needs to be something that you are comfortable with and adaptable. All the techniques I use are highly adaptable. I tailor everything to your unique family, how old your child is, where they’re sleeping, your child’s personality, and your parenting style.

Cry it out is not a technique I ever use; I believe remaining with your child and gradually becoming less involved as the nights go on.

You spend all day creating a secure attachment with your child; that shouldn’t stop because the sun goes down; let’s continue that at night.

Here’s how we work together

1.

free consultation call

Let’s jump on a call. This allows you to tell me how your child sleeps and your sleep concerns. I’ll give you some ideas on what we would work on if we begin working together.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions about my techniques and how we work together.

The thirty-minute call is time for us to chat and get to know each other a little more.

2.

gather information

Families complete an extensive questionnaire, a sleep personality quiz and a week of sleep diary before we begin working together. These are easily completed on your online portal. This information is vital in helping me understand your child and how they are currently sleeping. I will then develop a plan considering your child’s sleep personality, age, goals and your parenting style.

3.

week one

During week one, we are creating a solid sleep foundation, creating the perfect sleep environment, age-appropriate daily routines, sleep-inducing nap and night routines, and you’ll begin to get a little less involved if you’re feeding or rocking your child to sleep.

Everything is always adapted to your parenting style, your child’s sleep personality, and age.

You have telephone and text message support.

4.

week two

This is my favorite week!

I’ll travel to your home and get started with the sleep training for you; I’m with you for the entire night for the first three nights and helping you at the beginning of the night for the following two nights.

Once those habits have been broken, your child will have a much easier time falling asleep at the beginning of the night and back asleep during the night.

We’ll work on the following:

  • Teaching your child to fall asleep without help at the beginning of the night.
  • Teaching your child to fall back asleep when they wake during the night.
  • Reducing night feeds.

You continue to have telephone and text message support.

5.

week three

Now your child is falling asleep independently, sleeping for longer stretches and reducing night feeds.

We’ll work on the following:

  • Continuing to get less involved during any night wakings.
  • Reducing night feeds.

You continue to have telephone and text message support.

6.

weeks four, five and six

Once your nights are in a good spot, we’ll get started with sleep training for naps during the day. Nap training is much easier as your child has the skills to get to and back to sleep.

When your child is napping independently and sleeping independently through the night, we’ll take a look at their daily routine now they’re not waking so tired we may need to tweak their nap times.

You continue to have telephone and text message support.
