It can feel so overwhelming when you think about working on your child’s sleep.
There’s falling asleep at naptime, lengthening the nap, for maybe 4 naps a day. Falling asleep at the beginning of the night, night wake-ups, night feeds, and early morning wake-ups. It can feel very overwhelming.
