The solutions you’ll be applying in the Sleep Summer Camp has been responsible for hundreds of families gently helping their child learn to get themselves to sleep and back to sleep.

Not only will you learn to the step-by-step process to gently sleep train your child, you will also have the skills to work on getting back on track after a sleep disruption (teething, illness, vacation, etc.) avoiding having to start from scratch again.

Rebecca will work with you to customize the sleep training plan specifically for your child’s age an temperament.

This is not another online course where you don’t get support and you’re expected to sleep train using techniques you are not comfortable with.

Your Questions Answered

Why does my child need to be over 6 months of age?

 Children who have more intense temperaments have more success waiting until 6 months before sleep training. Of course, if your child is under 6 months you can still join us and get started with the sleep training, you know your child better than anyone.

I have a vacation planned halfway through the camp, is it worth me signing up?

Yes, you have access to the webinars, Q & A’s, support Facebook group and workbooks for 4 months after camp has finished, even if you are a week or two behind the information and support is there for you.

What day and time are the webinars?

The weekly webinars are Monday’s at 9:30 am Pacific, 12:30 pm Eastern, 5:30 pm UK. The recording will be available in our Facebook group as soon as webinar has finished.

What day and time are the Q & A’s?

The Q & A’s are Wednesday’s at 1 pm Pacific, 4 pm Eastern, 9 pm UK. The recording will be available in our Facebook group as soon as the Q & A has finished.

Is becoming a camp counselor worth it?

I think so, having private calls with me each week where I can troubleshoot and help you devise a personal plan is priceless!

What happens if I feel I need more calls each week?

You can set up as many additional calls (depending on my availability) as you like for an additional fee.

How do I set up private camp counselor calls?

In your welcome email, you will find a link to schedule your private calls with me.

How many camp counselor spots are available?

There are just 6, once they’re gone they’re gone!

Can you tell me a little more about the sleep training technique we’ll be using?

Of course, the great thing about The Michi Method is that you pick up your child whenever you feel that you need to, you know your child better than anyone, and you know when they are asking for help. You are also able to soothe them however you need to, again you know them better than I do. Initially, we are giving lots of help as they fall asleep in their sleep space, we work on getting less and less involved as the nights go on.

Can I get started if my child is teething or unwell?

I wouldn’t suggest starting sleep training if your child is in pain.

Can you guarantee you can get my child sleeping through the night?

I can’t, and I do suggest you be wary of people who say they can. This is not a magical cure; it will give you the information, skills, and support you need to help you and your child get a better night sleep without ever leaving them to cry-it-out.

Will this work with twins/siblings?

Yes, we will need to adapt things, but I can help you with that.

Will there really be no crying?

There will be some crying but remember you can pick up and soothe your child whenever you feel that you need to.

Does my child need to be in their own bed in their own room?

Nope, it’s not my place to tell you what works for your family. I have successfully worked with many families who continue to safely bedshare and gently sleep train. We can do this as the technique is so gentle.

Are you going to boss me around and make me feel bad?

Most certainly not! I want to support you, parenting is hard enough you don’t need a drill sergent screaming at you and if you do you’ve come to the wrong place.
